MEP REFUND POLICY

I understand that I am AGREEING to the terms outlined in the policy set forth by M.E.P.

 

The terms are as follows:

Once an entertainer(s) or party deposits are purchased all sales are final. There are no refunds available, no exceptions. Once your event is purchased, an entertainer(s) is reserved for you for that particular event, and date/time. In the event that you may need to reschedule your payment may be applied as a credit for a future booking of an entertainer(s) or party deposit.

 

All events that need to be reschedule must be done so 24 hours or more before the party or purchased event start date/time through written email notice, providing you have your official e-mail receipt from your original purchase. You must then contact the M.E.P. main office and confirm a new date. This is to insure the new date is not already booked. All rescheduled events require a non-refundable processing fee. You are purchasing for the main purpose of hiring entertainment. You are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined in the helpful HINTS and the FAQ section found on the M.E.P. website. Along with M.E.P. legal, privacy statement, and terms of use. By checking the box this acts as your signature. By checking the box, you have authorized M.E.P. to charge your credit or debit card for the deposit pursuant to the terms of this agreement. You agree that you are the cardholder on this agreement, that you are the client booking our services, and that you consent to the Agreement.

 

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of our services as well as the use of your name and credit card account to pay for services purchased from us. You also warrant that all information supplied by you is true and accurate. I have read the following terms and agree to them by continuing with my purchase.
